Computer Systems & Networks - level 6

Course Description

15378 - Computer Systems & Networks Level 6 (6M0695)

This course is ideal for those wishing to specialise in computer networking and those wishing to achieve an industry recognised qualification to enhance their job opportunities.

Joseph completed the course with us and shared his experience . . .

I'd been out of education for a couple of years, had moved back to Ireland after some time abroad and wanted to go back to college, but I was worried I would be just a number in a large lecture hall. I was always interested in computers and programming, so I had a meeting in Whitehall College and explained my circumstances. After a year in Whitehall, I got advanced entry into Blanchardstown IT. I was way more prepared than the rest of the students who had completed their first year in the IT due to the smaller classes in Whitehall which allowed for more one-on-one time with the teacher. I switched to Cyber Security and after 3 years in Blanchardstown I graduated and started working in the industry. Since then, I've continued to grow in my career and now I'm a team lead. I credit a lot of my career success to the great foundational knowledge, help, and encouragement I received in Whitehall.
